Shocking Customer Service On Delivery / No Stock

Hello

An order was placed, for which you pay in full, with Dial-A-Bed online on the 5th of January and then so it went...

- No response within 48 hours
- Spoke to Amanda on Thursday (13th Jan) who said that the beds should be delivered on Friday
- Spoke to Amanda on Friday who said that they were looking for a base, but should be delivered on Saturday
- Spoke to Amanda on Monday who said that they were still trying to find stock
- Left a message for Amanda on Tuesday asking for status - no response
- Spoke to someone else on Tuesday (who actually called back!), saying that there was no stock, it would have to be made up. Said that was no good as we needed the beds urgently. She said she would try and arrange a loan of new beds and get back to me
- Tried both numbers today and no answer

All we are wanting is stock of decent quality of 1 x Gentle / Firm Extra-Length King and 1 x Double Bed before Monday the 21st when our guests arrive. Surely there are replacements out there???
And it would be great if we could actually get hold of someone to discuss this and let us know what is going on with the order.
