Online order not been delivered in time specified

I placed an on line order on 14.02.2013. i had not received an email saying it had been dispatched yet so on 20.02.2013 i mailed CNA

I placed an order last week Thursday and I still have not received an email saying it has been dispatched. Any idea when the item will be dispatched and when it may arrive? '

For an online order, it takes 2 to 10 working days for delivery. This depends on the availability of stock.
I have forwarded your request to the relevant department, and they will respond soonest.

It has now been 10 days, i have mailed them again and i have had no response from them, nor have i gotten a mail saying the item has been dispatched. This is such poor service, how can it take this long to deliver something? If you say something will be delivered in 2-10 days then make sure the customer gets their product in that time frame!
