I've phoned Everything hair on the number found on their website on Monday 29th July 2013 to make inquiries regarding placing an order for hair products, which are hard to find as it is only provided to hair salons. I spoke to Dale Amler who informed me that they have no problem delivering in Cape Town as they make deliveries all over and also that the courier delivery turn around time would be 24 hours and post office 3 days. I then placed my order on the website, made the EFT payment into the bank details e-mailed once placement was confirmed. I then e-mailed the proof of payment immediately afterwards and received acknowledgement reply from Dale to inform me that they will keep me posted as to the progress of my order. Monday 05th August 2013 I phoned to make inquiries and had to leave a message on the voice mail box. Tuesday 06th August 2013 I had no response yet and send an e-mail to Dale and still no response. I followed up my last e-mail today 7th August with another e-mail as well as a telephone call (again left a voice message). Until this moment I had no response from anyone at Everythinghair.

I just need my products to be delivered to me as soon as possible, please.
