Asked for managers number 5 times to assist and was refused.

Support consultants don't know what they are selling and make no effort to respond and find out who does so I can buy the items for export.

Arduino main supplier for South Africa and I have had a rough time getting both the product which does not say on the website is out of stock and technically impaired consultants in the technical department.

Very dissappointing
