I was looking ot buy a media player (Med8ter 500X2), so I went on the [URL Removed] website and it showed that the media player is in stock and delivery of the product would be in 4 days, on the 24th December 2013. The delivery of the product in 4 days is what led me to order the product from their website.

Ten days later and the product has not been delivered!! Everytime I call them, I get two versions of why there is a delay: 1) The order has a status of "shipping instruction" which means that it is in the warehouse and it is waiting to be shipped.
2) They are waiting for the supplier to source the item.

Two consultants promised phone me back after they find out what the real delay is from the supplier. That has not happend!!

When I called [URL Removed] on 04-01-2014., my order was cancelled!! And I could not be told whom requested it.

It seems that [URL Removed] was dishonest about having the item in stock or their systems are inefficient in keeping track of what items are in stock. In both cases, they are not to be trusted. This is shocking service from a company with such a good reputation.

[URL Removed] please refund me my money and I will take my business somewhere else!
