Lazy Sales Consultants

Good day,

I recently visited the Temptations store in the Centurion Mall and received such poor service.
The sales consultant refused to leave her post and assist me, even though the other 2 consultants were busy with customers. When I asked her to help to find stuff in my size, she said they don't stock my size and I should probably go to the Edgars store or somewhere else. I never knew temptations now only sizes very small people. Since when do they not stock a 36B/C??? I have always been a loyal customer and all of a sudden they stop stocking a range of sizes. What pathetic service from the sales consultant. Clearly she was too lazy and disinterested in helping customers and sustaining sales for the branch. I was so upset I went next door to the Foschini branch and the sales girls were only too happy to assist and appreciated my purchase of just over R1500.00. A big sale lost because of lazy, rude consultants.
