I spoke with 8 consultants to just request that they have a look at the signal of my WIFI device I had purchased from them, as the website stated that I should have a 3G connection, but I only receive a 2G connection. After having four people tell me the same thing (go to setting --> and change the settings to only allow 3g), which I tried on multiple occasions to no avail, I then received a form to fill in for MTN, which I agreed to, but then I requested a contact number for the person at MTN who will be handling this case so I can have feedback. Which took me another 4 consultants and no one was still able to assist and they would never provide feedback, I had to call them to just get an update and then they had no answers for me still. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, Having 8 clueless consultants. Absolutely astonishing. I cancelled my Contract with the 9th consultant. It's shocking to receive such bad service.
