Amazing employee

Thank you to Terry from the technical department call centre. She gave me this reference number: 3062002506.
She went out of her way, the extra mile, to make sure my query was attended to and even went further by logging another request with the billing department for me. She is trully an asset to Cell C.

I phoned a few times and gave the consultants a reference number which i was told was invalid... how that happened I don't know because I have an sms with the reference number.
All the consultants I spoke to couldn't help and just told me to log a new call... after I waited 10 days without hearing from anyone.

Terry went to look for the person who had logged the call, although she still could not find the ref number but she made sure to find out what happened and assisted me with the original query and we even found the root of my problem, why my phone kept losing network connection. Howcome all the consultants I spoke to didn't think of this?
