Avis has poor service

I attempted to make a point to point booking on Avis's website. I got a notification saying that it is not able to process at this time and I need to fill in a form. Which I did. Then a day later I received an email from a reservation admin. They then emailed and asked the same questions as which I filled in on the online form. I replied. Another email came through from a different person with the same questions again. I emailed her back as well. Then after phoning and phoning trying to get answers and make a booking, not one of the two consultants were available to help me. I phoned 6 times. I then phoned the number and speak to any consultant to make the booking for me. We prefer to do eft's to our suppliers. Then the consultant told me it was to close to the date and I cannot do an internet transfer. If the website or the consultants did their job, I would have been able to pay by eft. Now I can not. Clearly Avis does not want the business if their consultants are this slow. I have found a different supplier that now does everything for me and I can pay the way I want to.
