Online stock level checking and ordering is a joke

Electronics and household app.

Meticulously checked stock levels on line using the website and only placed an order for components on line on 12 December 2013 (components not available I ordered from some others suppliers). All items ordered and quantities shown to be delivered within 4-6 working days. To date I am still waiting for components to be delivered (4 months late).

Beginning April, again checked stock levels on line for some components and only placed an order for components that were shown as deliverable within 4 -6 working days. Within a few hours after placing the order, the on line status showed that all the components in the order have been dispatched.

Only after phoning yesterday to inquire about the late delivery, some action was perform. Telephonically, it was confirmed the items were in stores. Then I received an email indicating the components have been reordered. Suddenly some of the items are not in stock anymore and will only be available in three weeks time (according to the online status reports that said components was dispatch 10 days ago before).
