I use the Bright Plus range and have been a loyal customer for a number of years. Clarins has made little travel packs as gifts for all their other ranges when you purchase a day or night cream. I have been asking the consultants when the Bright Plus range will have the same arrangement and have been told by several different branches (mostly Edgars) that I should come back in a weeks time for the last 2 months??? I even asked if I could just buy my day/night cream and be given a few samples yet I was told that it does not work that way. This is very dissappointing :( . Is the Bright Plus range being discontinued and if so why are the consultants unaware.
