I had submitted my application on 12 dec for 3 1st year modules and 2 2nd year modules, i had received feedback that i could not be registered for the 2nd year modules till they receive my curriculum document, accepting this, I had 2 amend my registration on the 20th jan and applied for all 1st year modules as i could not obtain my curriculum so soon. i have paid the min reg fee and to-date i have received no email confirmation from unisa that my reg is successful. The status online still reads in-progress over 2weeks later with the reason as outstanding docs from 12th dec, which means no one has updated the status. i called unisa registrations on fri and the secretary who cant even talk properly told me it is still in progress and just needs to be activated bt they have received payment. today i call again and engineering offices secretary tells me the exact same thing and that she will get someone to activate it, surprisingly she as well cannot even speak properly and slammed the phone down after i asked her name.
Is this the kind of service that UNISA supplies their students with? What is wrong with you people? All i want is my account to be activated can sum1 just do that pls!
