Unisa
Missing modules

I registered 5 modules online on january 14. I paid R 3 500 on january 22. I qualify for all modules.
The Cape Town branch could not help me as the registration is over. The unisa phone number do not work or ring without any responses. The Head of Department of the economic and management studies Mr HJ de Bruin has not replied to my email. So now I'm stuck with two modules this semester instead of having 5 modules compromising my chances to finish my degree this year.
I live in Cape Town and if Unisa cannot resolve a problem from Pretoria what does it mean, i have to travel to Pretoria to solve it?
I ve got 9 modules left and I'm forced to do 7 next semester this is really not fair.
