Not registered due to poor UNISA admin support

I registered on the web with Unisa on 24/01/2013. There were complications with the number of modules. It indicated to me that my registration was sent through for authorization.By the 29th when nothing have changed with my registration I tried to contact Unisa to no avail. When I finally got through to Unisa they indicated to me that I should send an email to jus@unisa.ac.za to correct my modules to get registered for the semester on 30/1/2013. In the mean time I tried to get ahold of Unisa telephonically. The law department never answered there phone and when I got through to registrations they just indicated to me that they cannot help me. I knew that I had to pay unisa money towards my registration but nowhere was I notified of the amount. I tried time and again to contact Unisa. When I first complained to Hello Peter a Nkoemgw@unisa.ac.za contacted me and only then on the 8th did he sent me quote for my modules and payment procedures. On the 11th of Feb stated on my Unisa that I am partially registered and awaiting payment. When I paid R5830 as indicated and now My Unisa indicates that I am not registered after money received. Nkgoemw are also now ingnoring my emails
