Paid school fees but no study material delivered

Hi

I registered for my brother of student numer 43954693 on the 19.01.13 and i paid the fees on 22.01.13 of which the closing date for registration was 25.01.13. I informed unisa that his MY UNISA was not showing any modules and they said it is well we received the payment but the registration is still in progress, until today i have not heard from unisa they are still in posession of my r5500 without delivering what they promised. I decided to call one of their offices today in cape town only to be told that sorry you are not registered you never selected any modules and the customer consultant had the guts to tell me that i am lying i did not select any modules at all then he hung up the phone on me. The good thing is i have the proof of payment, proof of registration and the proof of emails i sent to their admin as well as their response confirming regidtration. Please assist because my brother has to go to school i paid the fees and i registered on time they are tarnishing his career please
