Modules added to course in final yea

I am in the final year of my studies obtaining my BCompt degree 0202X.

I have one module left ACN3084 from 2013-02 which i have a rewrite 2014-01. This I agree with. This would be my last module to obtain my degree.

I did a check on myunisa>registrations to see that all the modules have been completed and found 2x first year modules as well as 2x second year modules remaining.

I received credits for these modules when i started at unisa. I previously studied and succesfully complete these at NWU.

now all of a sudden the credits are missing. I have send mails to everyone on the unisa website for the last 3 weeks and no one is giving me answers.

i cannot understand this!!
