Registration still pending for over a month

I registered for 2 modules and made payment on the same day before the closing date for registrations. The status of my registration as per the website is that it is waiting for College approval since the 17th of July. I need to do these subjects this semester so I can start my Diploma next year and my degree in the following year. Not doing these subjects this semester will delay all my studies for a year. A year of my life gone due to lack of administration abilities.

As per the document I was given when I went to Unisa campus to register i made the minimum payment which means my registration must be activated, I got an email with proof of payment.

I get an email today that I cannot be registered at this stage as registrations are closed?

I want my registration completed so I can just finish my studies for goodness sake!!! Everything that is required by Unisa for registration was done.
