AWAITING HANDLING AT SECTION - INCOMPLET REG

Hi,

I have final 2 modules to complete at unisa this year - I was registered for the same 2 modules last year without any issue. When trying to register for the 2 modules this year (I did an online registration with registration fees fully paid) my registration says "Registration incomplete - awaiting handling at section". What does this mean??? this is very stressful as I don't know if there is a problem with my registration or it is currently being processed.

I tried to contract unisa many times by email and telephone but to no avail. Please can someone help me get registered ASAP.

I'm afraid if that I something might have gone wrong with my registration process and I will miss being registered and not being able to complete my degree this year!
