Complains of non delivery & on my account

I entered in an agreement with this company through their call center personnel/agent last year& she promised i will receive the study material on the 16 /08 2012 .This date was sent by a sms on the 23/07/12 informing me of the delivery for the 16/08/2012 too this day no delivery was made. I called them many times of a non delivery & was told to write a letter of this problem which i did. I faxed those letters to 2 of the numbers that were given i.e H Q (0102022001) LOGISTIC DEPT (0866222930). Until to date no response from this daily robbers. My concern is they debt my account without rendering the service they promised to fulfill. Today as i'm writing this report I called & was answered by a lady called (OLIVIA) she put me on hold for more than 20 minutes until I hanged a phone noticing that she can't help as she knows their tricks. SO PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS U CAN'T DELIVER & REFUND THE WHOLE MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . ANNOYED; ANGRY, FRUSTRATED BY YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND THE INCONVENIENCE U COST TO ME AND MY BOY.
