Premos
Waiting 11 months for trade certificate

My son did his diesel trade test through Premos in Pretoria and did his test already on the 4th February 2013 at Olifantsfontein. We are struggeling for 11 months now to get their trade test certificates and nobody seem to care or help the students to get their certificates. Every body from Olifantsfontein to Merseta is giving somebody else the blame. Please can somebody assist us in this.
