Wayne and his team came to do Waterproofing at my premises in Sept 2011. They were made fully aware of the excessive leaks and damage being caused by the roof leaking. Due to the severity of the leaking area I was advised to rather have the whole roof coated with the more expensive option of Torch-on product. This cost in the region of R18000 ex vat! With this I got a 3 year guarantee. After almost 2 years of excessive leaking in still the same areas and numerous call backs, Wayne now ignores my mails etc. I will now be forced to take legal action against him and his company for breach of guarantee/contract. What ever you do, do not use them! The workmanship is shoddy and the after service is shocking!!
