Shoddy work and bad service

3 quotes were done to replace taps on 5 basins (including photos taken); I paid 50% deposit upfront. Plumbers arrivde without all necessary equipment. They finally manage to replace 3 sets of taps (dirty work, and placed skew); 4th basin they crack, 5th basin they do not have the tools for.
This was on 12 October. I have called several times to talk to manager, Monica. Each time she says she'll get back to me, but never does. Apparently they cannot find a basin to replace the cracked one. More than a month later, I have asked for my money to be refunded, as the job is incomplete and I am left with a cracked basin that is in a custom built unit. Monica says "no" as the plumbers spent all day on the job. She promises me she will speak to Jarrid Levin, owner, today, and call me back today. No response again. I would expect a resolution to this issue by now, but it feels like I'm getting the run-around from this company. They never phone back, broke a basin and did half a job. Very unprofessional service with a bad attitude towards fixing a problem! I will avoid this company at all costs in the future!
