3-year guarantee not honoured

The Company has not honoured their 3-year guarantee, after fixing my roof less than 2 years ago. The roof started leaking, again, shortly after they 'fixed' it. They have ignored my emails, kept asking for the Invoice (which I sent them, at least 3 times). Now they have closed the Gauteng branch, so I have lost over R7200.00
