Damage caused by bad installation Water Proofing

Good day,

My husband and I appointed this company last year 28 May 2012 to re-install the waterproofing on our flat-roof house. The charged us R33, 000 for the job with 5 years guarantee. The was a heavy rain a month later and there was a serious flooding in my house. I called Johan and he said all his customers were compalining about the same thing and he belives that he supplier gave him a wrong product. He promise to come fix my roof as soon as the rain stops. I had to nag him for about a month before he came through to fix our roof in August. It was there was rain again two months later and the house was still leaking and the damages was very bad on our wall cupboards. We called and emailed him and he never bothered to come back to us. I climed on the roof to check what was happening and I realised that there we sectiones where there was no membrane at all and that was the section that water was pouring through the house. We then decided to fix the roof the roof ourselves. I have taken the pictures of this bare slab and I would like this service provider to pay for the replacement of the cupboards the was damaged by his bad workmanship.
