Waterproofing- What waterproofing

In August/Sept last year the company gave me a quotation fort the waterproofing of a balcony, and pillars at my new house. I made some suggestions to then of what I think would be a solution, but the ignored this and the waterproofing was done on the existing tiles and although it is stated in their contract that the balcony would be screened to ensure that the water flows in one direction, this was never done. After the waterproofing was done, I hired a contractor to tile on top of the waterproofing. Nothing was mentioned to me about how it should be done etc. Since the waterproofing was done, the water problem has not been solved and the product that they used is peeling of the walls inside the house. It also needs to be mentioned that it is stipulated in the contract that the areas were the work was done will be painted in the same colour paint. This was not done and half of the walls is now a different colour. The person from the company simply refuse to speak to me and tells me that it is not her problem to fix it, although they have supplied a long guarantee.
