Waterproofing

Hi there,
I contacted this company on September for a quote on two areas that needed waterproofing. The lady, Irma, came back with a quote of R15, 500 for the whole roof. I asked her if she could quote on doing the 2 areas only and she sms'd quoting R8500. Since it's not a big difference in price, we opted to go for the whole roof. Her husband, Bernard, came through and only did the 2 areas. Going back &forth on what entailed in the scope of work, we decided that's it's best I pay R9000, which is R500 more for the two areas, and call it even. With the torrential rains, the one area is leaking again and they refuse to come and sort it out. Contract guarantee was for 1 year- it's been 2 months!
