Revamp-it
Poor service, terrible attitude & dishonesty

I contracted Revamp-It Wall and Roof Coating to repair leaks on my roof in December 2011. I was charged R20 000 for this service, which I paid as expected. Soon after the job was done, I realised that the roof was still leaking and raised this with the contact person that I was dealing with (Mr Johann Smit- who is also a business owner). He promised to send someone to re-assess the situation, unfortunately after sending the person concerned, he did not provide me with any feedback and the roof is still leaking. I indicated to him that this is a clear indication that the job was not adequately done as the problem which I contracted him to resolve persisted.
I raised the matter with him several times telephonically and via e-mail, and sent another e-mail to him in January 2013, which he has not responded to. When I phoned the company, I was told that there is no guarantee on repairs done on a leaking roof. I indicated that I am not really concerned about a guarantee, but only concerned about the fact that the work that I contracted the company to do in the first place was not done properly because the roof remained with leaks even after he did the original work.
