Bad workmanship and guarantee not honoured

Lifestyle Guttering waterproofed my roof and two weeks later when the rains came, the roof was leaking at exactly the same places. JJ told me that he did not fix the part of my roof that is leaking, he fixed another part, yet it is leaking at exactly the same places onto the ceiling as it did before. JJ went as far as to say that it is impossible to pinpoint a roof leak and that they merely guess where the leak is. He boldly said he will pay his salary for life to any person who can pinpoint a roof leak. Very bad attitude and no guarantee. I had an independent company take a look at the repairs done by Lifestyle Guttering and it was clear that it was an inferior job.
