Lack of compliance with guarentee on work done

Mr Theo du Toit, Owner of TDT waterproofing in Pretoria Gauteng RSA, did renovations on my roof, to the value of R38 000-00 in January 2011. On completion of this work, we we handed a guarentee of 5 years on the work done as well as the painting.

We are 3 years into this guarentee, and after several phone calls and sms's after each thunder storm, the roof are still leaking like a siff. There's no sign of any paint on roof either.
Mr Du Toit does not answer his phone, nor does he respond to any sms. I have been struggling for more than 2 years already trying to get this bloke to come fix my roof.
Due to the constant running of water down the walls, the new laminated wood floor installed are also damaged.
Furter more, The ceiling boards in the dining room, living room and one bed room has fallen out. According to the insurance, is due to water damage..a leaking roof.

Im done now. I can't and will not let any other person fall into this trap. He's a and have no idea what he is doing. He delivers poor quality work with poor quality products.
