Please can someone have the decency to contact me regarding this query - even if its with a SIMPLE update!! I dont have a problem, with the repairs done on my frdge and freezer except the wait for the part costed me my month's meat and groceries going rotten...
I have requested for the spelling of surname to be corrected to "Paries" as well as a document (for my insurance) stating the date the query was logged and the date it was resolved.
The fault on the fridge was logged the 28 Dec 2012 and resolved on the 7th Jan 2013...
I have contacted and sent a number of emails following up on this and to date I have not received any feedback. when I do phone all 3 numbers I was given, someone picks up and puts down immediately...
I cannot belive that it would take this long just to provide a simple piece of paper. In actual fact I cant see why this information is not given to the customer in the first place. I have checked your website and you boast about all these well known brands that you support. And I quote from your "Mission"..."Commitment to excellence" - well there is nothing excellent about your service and I think for such a "well known" company - this service is appalling!
