Over 2 months on unresolved admin issue

The loadings on my sickness and incapacity benefit were removed on the 22nd Nov 2013. On my policy document it correctly states I have no loadings. However, my policy document still shows an amount under "premium loading per month". I should no longer be paying a loading per month as the loadings were removed.

Despite multiple phone calls and emails (starting on 22nd Nov last year) PPS has not resolved this issue to-date. The level of service PPS is offering is unacceptable. PPS will not commit to a date to have this resolved, the standard response is "as soon as possible". It's been over two months! PPS puts the word "Professional" in their name to shame.

I expect my policy to be corrected and the last 3 months of overcharge on my policy to be paid back to me. I want PPS to commit to a date when they will have this resolved.
