I really wonder why I'm still supporting Vodacom as they really do not care for us as their clients. With so much number of complaints logged against them, it proves to me that they really do not care. I logged a query on the 13 November 2013 - they did not bored to provide feedback on the issue and to-date... it has never been resolved.

People who supports Vodacom... are you satisfied with the way they provide service to you? Or are you taking it as the norm now that they are providing service like that? We can stop it, by escalating them to the highest level that could question their approved contract for providing service to client. LET'S TALK PEOPLE - THE ONLY WAY WE COULD GET A BETTER SERVICE.

I've just done a follow-up now (ie) 19:40 - 29 November 2013 and happened to speak with their 1st Line assistance and guess what... they do not know what is the issue... they need to follow up with whoever. Question: WHY PUT PEOPLE ON YOUR 1ST LINE SUPPORT IF THEY ARE NOT SKILLED ENOUGH. Vodacom, despite the extremely reception of signal on my area which I logged long time ago and service still not provided... you are again failing to provided a simple service regarding your new Website
