Shocking Customer Service (

I logged a fault with Thandeka - reference number 2776966549 in mid March - she informed me that she would escalate the error message and call me back with an update (to date I am still waiting for the call)!
On 25 March I called again and spoke to Paulie - he checked the system and informed me that the matter had been resolved - I enlightened him that this was not the case and if he checked the system he would see the same error notice is still there. Then said that Thandeka had logged the fault incorrectly and he would have to re-log it and he would do this and call me back - again no call was forthcoming. On 3 April I again called, and spoke with Paulie - he remembered my query and said he had "meant" to call me as a new reference number had been issued (2782791228) and still the matter had not been resolved - he was again going to escalate the matter and wait for it..call me back with an update - again no call.
Called again this morning- consultant informed me that the matter was still not resolved and it was with your "systems department" and who knows how long it could take - shocking, shocking service
