Bad customer service

Our experience with the after sales service that we have received from the dealership in George has been ridiculous!!! There is always some clever answer for everything that goes wrong and they will never accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong! When I drive 65km to take the vehicle in for something that they asked for and I get there and the service department's first comment to me is you are a day late, I wanna pee in my pants!! My wife makes an appointment for the Tuesday and the service dep. books it in for the Monday. Of course it's their word against mine but Of course I'm the one who is wrong, not oh lets see where we can make a plan! No sir, drive back home and come again next week!!! I'm fed up with this nonsense!!! The product is not half bad, it's just the service that completed!!!
