I purchased a pants on 28th nov at howick jet. It was not fitting my husband so I kept it with the receipt in d packet to be returned. On 8th dec I went to d mall so I took d pants to be exchanged for a bigger size. The cashier took d pants and went to d floor and came back telling me the pants was worn. So I asked her how can d pants be worn with the tags and if it doesn't fit. She called the manager and he said the same thing. bad attitudes! He even turned my receipt around and told me that I must return stuff in d original condition. The pants is creased cos its been in d packet for a week. Other than that it looks d same as wen I bought it. They refused to credit it n were even keeping it. I had to ask for it back so I can return it at d store I purchased it from. I am so furious. Absolutely terrible customer service. When I asked what is wrong with the pants they said they don't know but its worn and its crooked? Wat the?? When I told d manager there is nothing wrong with the pants he said"ja you clever" Is that the attitude we must get from a manager of a store? I was furious and had no choice but to swear at them as they were making me a fool in frontof other customers
