CAN'T DO THEIR JOB!!!

My car was serviced three months ago and they didn't service it properly so the bracket broke off and fell into the CV joints. My Car was picked up by roadside services told me they would take it to Wynberg Chery. Tuesday I phoned Wynberg Chery, they don't even have a workshop and nobody knows where my car is. Phoned Customer care, nobody knows they will come back to me, naturally nobody comes back to me so I phoned the Milnerton branch, they say my car only arrived the Tuesday late morning. Nobody knows where my car was in the meantime! They can't tell me whats wrong with the car. This goes on for a week then Customer care phones me and tells me I can collect my car it is finished, I still don't know what's wrong with my car, drive through to Milnerton, no my car isn't done they're still waiting for parts, we're told that the warranty will not pay out for this. Trip wasted but finally find out what is wrong with my car. Another week passed without anybody phoning us back and everyday getting very bad attitude from everyone at the branch. Finally I'm told my car is finished, nobody bothered to phone me. Get the car and the battery is lose in the car. We had to fix it ouselves! Worst service!
