I booked a test drive online 18 Feb 2013 & made an appointment with the consultant Deidre Thomas for Saturday morning 23 Feb 2013. I arrived around 10Am and to my disgust was told the vehicle - Kia Rio - was not available because a staff member had taken the car for "personal use"?? Are you kidding me? After making an appointment 5days in advance, making an effort to go to the dealership, excited about the test drive, I'm told this? How ridiculous! What's even more ridiculous is that NOBODY from Kia called after to ask how my test drive went or to find out it didn't happen & apologise. Very disappointed, I certainly would NOT give this branch any of my business. If this is the kind of customer service you get before a purchase, I'd hate to think what after sales service is like!
