Told my wife to drive home with a punche

Punchers happen, we called BMW assist they advised us to pop into the nearest dealership, Nearest Dealership JHB city, I called ahead to let the team know she is on her way. Spoke to a Elias he said they don't fix punchers and laughed at me. "Go to tiger wheel" he barked at me! then complained that the BMW on call do not know what they are doing and must go back to school. My wife now driving slowly arrives at the dealership. Elias kicked the tire and checks the Tyre indicator then tells Her there is nothing wrong while the Tyre is viably going flat in front of him. Tells her drive home! What is wrong with the people employed by BMW! He then proceeds to leave (go Home) with out fixing the problem my wife in the dark as to whats going on and then hoots and waves at Her!
