NTT VW East london, continuous vehicle problems

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 27/10/12, upon driving the vehicle back to port elizabeth where I reside, the vehicle's emission light came on, monday morning I phoned NTT to tell the them of the trouble I had, they made a booking for thursday at peugot, the car was there for seven working days and yet they only charged for an hours labour, after receiving the car the light came on again the very next day, I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails but to no prevail, I gave them a chance to fix this vehicle wich left me witout a vehicle for 7 days, I have returned the car to NTT on the 12/01/13 and have not had any response as yet, this has been a total nightmare of an experience dealing with them, one would have thought being a VW dealership that service would be up to scratch, please advise as to what steps I can take to resolve this matter
