Still No Customer Service

Its a shame that you have to keep on logging complaints like this to get issues with your vehecle sorted out. But it seems this is the only way to get issues sorted out when you drive a Chery.

I sent my vehicle in for a service about a month ago for its 60 000Km service. My booking was accepted and my vehicle was droped off for the service. In the afternoon I was called and asked I they could keep my car as they did not receive all the parts to service my car. I demanded my car back as they were not able to provide me with alternative transport.

I was infomred on the Monday after my car was in that the parts had to be placed on back order as there were no more parts at head office (Cambelt and tentioner roller)

And guess what I have driver 5000km and the service has still not been completed as they keep on saying that they will collect my car to complete the service but when this is supposed to happen they keep on coming up with soe sort of an excuse.

I hope that Chery SA can step in here and assist with the non exsistance of customer service at their service centres.
