Bad Attitude and full or excuses

When you arrive at Geliques place in Pretoria everyone is very helpful and friendly as you would expect but wow how that changes after you receive your garment, and heaven help if there is something incorrect and you want to try and get it sorted. i had a dress and pants made dress was perfect the other brides maid not so much and they got it wrong twice we had to eventually pay more at another tailor to rectify the problem. my pants were to small how they got the measurements wrong i do not know i made an appointment to get the measurements done again where i was a tad late and the response i got was basically we are fully booked you late tough luck even though i said i would be happy to wait 20 min or so so the current appointment could finish. she then offered me my refund in a way that i had to take it and that was that. we then posted complaints on the FB site where mine were removed and i was blocked even though they state this is untrue why wud i about that im not 5 i mean seriously. just admit you were in the wrong and stop making excuses. we will not be using you again or recommending you and ve already discouraged 3 people from using you who were going to!!!
