Poor Pathetic Service

Waited 30 minutes while an agent said they'll be back to help me. When another agent asked me I told him I was waiting for agent who's coming back and he just walked away even after I told him the other agent has been gone for long. I waited with no one bothering until I left. All I was interested in was the price of the new Golf 7, maybe I should consider Audi A3 instead!!!
