Autopage
Useless to the Nth degree

I called customer care at approx 08h42 this morning and waited on hold for approx 7 min before my call was transferred to an agent, however there was just dead air. The agent had left his/her system available and left their station to do what ever while me, the customer, must not be attended to. I called again and waited another 5 minutes for an agent who told me the systems are offline. I have sait it before and will say it again 'Autopage cellular could not organize a up in a brewery'!!!
