Waited over 4 hours for Audi Assist to help me!!!

I am extremely disgusted by the poor service and lack of commitment that I have received by Audi South Africa through their Audi Assist function.

On the 19th April at 4pm, while driving my 2 year old Audi A4 1.8T down to the Drakensberg, my car suddenly cut out on me without any warning lights coming on. I was unable to restart the car and so called Audi Assist to help me and my family.

I clearly explained to the call center agent that I had just past Harrismith and had not as yet reached Van Reenans Pass and managed to pull off to the side of the road on the N3. I also explained that it was pouring with rain and that the trucks were coming past me at quite a speed so I would require assist ASAP.

I waited for over an hour with no reply or feedback from Audi Assist. When I called back, the same agent explained that they had already dispatched the tow truck and they should be there shortly,

Almost 2 hours later, I get a call from the tow truck company explaining that they received a request to assist me, but were not given details on my whereabouts. Only once I gave them this info did they eventually dispatch a tow truck.

To date, I still have not received feedback on my car.
