Poor service anf

My car was send to them by Virgin Insurance to fix my front and rear bumpers. When I received my car back the whole inside panel of my front door was/is lose. Obviously I did not check it when I picked up my car because the door is no where near by bumpers. Also I have a 6 CD changer in my car. It was fully loaded and all 6 cd's got from my car. Also they had to check and fix my wheel alignment. Dont know if it has been done, never got any feedback or proof that it was done.
