The most pathetic service I have ever received!!!

We contacted Seeff Rustenburg who took us to a property to view. We said we would take it but would require 2 personal things to be discussed/negotiated with the owner. We explained to the agent that we were not from Rustenburg, but would have a meal while she sorts it out with the owner, so we can sign and return to Gauteng. She undertook to immediately discuss with the owner and get back to us. We waited around for 2 hours-no response. We contacted the agent again, who informed us she would get back to us within a few minutes. An hour later, we called the agent again & left a message. We must have contacted the agent 7 times out of our own, not 1ce did she get back to us. We had to beg her to even find out what the owner said. The final time we called, she informed us thankfully what the owner had said, we agreed and thankfully she emailed us the documents. We stayed in Rustenburg for 5 hours longer than we wished, telephoning an agent who refuses to bother to call us back. I am now so angry, I have rented another property at a higher price because I refuse to give an agent commission for such awful service. Wow-pathetic!!
