The 13th august 2013 i was @Mr Price in Four ways i needed a card replacement as i had lost my card, i waited for almost 45 minutes while the Manager was on call with the call center agent, the code that was given by the consultant was invalid@Half 5 the call automatically cut us off, i left the store. the 30th august i went back and the call centre agent said i have a replacement card that was given on the 13 august. i explained i did not as the code was invalid, the manager had to look for the card and asked Anthony to hold by the time the manager got back He had hung up and was on tea, i was told to wait for 30 minutes of which i could not. Sharian tried to help but the code she gave was invalid also, she stated that she has been on this call for 12 minutes and she is tired if i am angry there is nothing she can do. when asked what must i do because i wanted to pay my account she said she does not know. i was told that Sharian said i must try for another card on the 7th September, meantime my account is going on arrears who will pay the interest on the account?? i am so disappointed, i have not paid my account until today because the system will not pick my name up.
