Porting MTN to Vodacom - 29 days & yet to be done

Online contract, 10th April, receive phone. Called Vodacom for SIM activation. Told it would take 2-5 hours for number to b ported & activated. Waited, nothing! Called next day, few hrs later, sim activated, to my horror, I was given a different phone no! Called Vodacom, agent said phone no. will be changed to no. I wanted. Waited, nothing! A day or 2 later, called, explained entire situation, put on hold, call dropped, called, call transferred to new agent, explained again. Agent said that I will require a new sim, and it will be delivered to me in 2-5 working days. Waited, call back around 20th April, agent says sim delivery failure, delivery person could not find room no.?? But it was the same address the phone was delivered to!! Agent says they requested for delivery again. 5 working days later, nothing! Worst of all, new no. they gave me with the airtime and BIS was converted to prepaid on the 29th of April. Called 2nd of May because nothing has happened, agent says, best thing is to buy a new sim card. That made me upset, why should I pay and go out of my way when I wanted the convenience and savings of ordering my contract online! Bought SIM on 2nd May, still waiting for port!!!
