How NOT to treat a new contract customer!

1 - Wanted my first contract - Had all the paper work for FICA
2 - Filled in contract - chose phone: none in stock
3 - Waited ages (How long does it takes to move stuff between branches!!)
4 - Vodacom has - stock
5 - New phone arrives - back to the store for the 4th time: WRONG phone
6 - Re-order phone - wait again
7 - No phone call - pop in again
8 - ONLY to be told it's now March - Feb promotion is finished!!!
9 - I need to take a March promotion which has about 25% less value than the Feb one
10 - Sales agent would speak to boss and get back to me
11 - NOTHING
12 - Popped in Sunday and was instantly acknowledged by the agent - then waited over 30 mins in line to speak to him
13 - Eventually I interrupted him and asked if it's a YES or NO on still getting the Feb Promotion - he said NO!
14 - He could've told me that when I walked in! I leave disgusted!
15 - No sympathy - just a shrug of shoulder (take it or leave it attitude)
16 - Agent calls on Tues to ask if I'd still be interested in Feb promotion. I said YES. He said he would get back to me.
17 - Sat - NOTHING!
18 - Is this this way to treat a new customer?
19 - NOT MY FAULT! Their & incompetence!
