Shouldn't be a Authorized repairer!

My car went in for repairs after an accident i had in July, only got fixed in October. Due to a lack of parts but no one from automagic will ever contact you to inform you what is happening, even after you have phoned them and they said they will phone you back. A few little items wasn't done yet in October and I was told they will contact me as soon as they receive it to complete the repair. I had to contact them a week ago (4months afterwards) to ask what is happening with my repairs. They told me that they will phone me back to let me know what is happening. It is currently a week later and no one has phoned me yet. I will be contacting Auto & General and raising a complaint against Automagic and I hope they get de-listed as a repairer for them as I will never take my car back to them ever again. They are utterly useless.
